If you are trying to change a slot with less than 24 hours’ notice, please email our appointment desk directly so we can sort it for you as quickly as possible.

“Do I need to download any special software for the consultation?” Not at all. We use a secure, encrypted clinical video platform that opens right up in your standard internet browser. We will email you a direct link about 15 minutes before your appointment—you just click it, and you’re in.

“Can I claim my sessions back on my health insurance?” Because Quantum Needle operates strictly within remote energetic wellness and biofield therapies, our appointments are out-of-pocket investments. They are currently not eligible for outpatient receipts or rebates from Irish providers like VHI, Laya, or Irish Life Health.
